My Moxxor Story Update: Wonders of a Natural Anti-inflammatory, Part 2

I'm continuing my log about the great effects Moxxor, a natural anti-inflammatory, is having on my health. In "My Personal Experience Taking a Natural Anti-inflammatory: Moxxor", I shared what I experienced in the first six weeks of taking this supplement. In this installment, I share my experience taking Moxxor during a three-day fast I just finished.

Saturday, February 21: Day One

I decided to fast for a few days, and started after my last meal yesterday, a light dinner in the early evening. (All our meals are light according to some standards.)

I am taking two Moxxor capsules per day. I continued taking them while I fasted. I was concerned that perhaps the fasting might affect how my stomach reacts to the Moxxor, but so far, I have not had any problems at all. As a matter of fact, I notice that I don't have any grumbling or growling in my stomach. Maybe this is because of green-lipped mussel oil's natural anti-inflammatory properties.

I've felt very good all day, with plenty of energy. I did take a nap, but have felt great during the day, not even noticing any hunger. My wife and I went for a walk in the late afternoon. We walked over 4 kilometers (about 2.5 miles).

Sunday, February 22: Day Two

Took two Moxxor capsules, one in the morning and the other at midday. Again, I have no growling in my stomach. I also notice that I don't have a headache. That's really nice, especially since headaches are fairly common during a fast, not only for me but for many others as well.

Now that I think about it, I don't have bad breath either. (That may be due to the oil pulling that I have been doing for the last 5 months, but I don't think so, as I only oil pull once a day.)

For those of you who want to know more about oil pulling, we will be writing a complete guide to oil pulling for our www.naturalhealthstrategies.com site soon. Keep in touch.

I felt good all day and went for a walk with my wife again this afternoon. We walked about 5 kilometers today. I felt full of energy, not tired at all. No discomfort whatsoever.

Monday, February 23: Day Three

I thought maybe I'd end my fast today, but I feel so good, I'm going to continue. If I can fast like this with so much energy, I may be able to fast even when I have to work. It won't be as nice as during this time of retreat and rest, but since I have lots of energy and feel great, who knows? I might try.

I again took two Moxxor capsules and have had no adverse reaction to taking them on an empty stomach.

I felt so good today that I went to the beach early. I went alone and had planned to walk, but when I got out, I just had to run a little bit. I ended up running 2.5 kilometers and walked another 3 kilometers. I felt just fine, no fatigue at all. I had no sore muscles and didn't even feel dizzy.

I broke my fast with organic parsley (I love parsley and eat it raw a lot), lettuce, and a type of Brazilian wild chicory called almeirão roxo or radite romano. Yummy! We don't have a juicer right now, so I just used my own natural God-given juicer, my teeth! What a feast!

One of the advantages of fasting, besides detox and internal cleansing, is that you have lots more time. No meal prep, cooking, cleanup, or dish washing!! So we were able to relax more, reflect more on what we are doing and what we plan to do.

I'm sure there are many more benefits of fasting, but these are the ones that come to mind at the moment.

In conclusion:

I don't attribute this especially pleasant fast only to my having taken Moxxor, but I definitely believe it played a big part. Just about the only difference between this fast and fasting I've done in years past is that now I'm taking Moxxor and have benefited from its natural anti-inflammatory effects.

If this is due the ingredients in Moxxor, then facilitating fasting is another of its wonderful benefits, along with its natural anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress, and many more. It would be very interesting to know if others taking Moxxor while fasting have similar results. We'd love to hear from you if you've had any experience, positive or not with fasting while taking Moxxor. Please use our Request Information page for now.

There are many benefits and reasons to fast, but many times doing so isn't particularly pleasant, and therefore we don't do it. But if by taking Moxxor regularly we can fast whenever we want to (or need to) without the negative effects, those so inclined might be able to fit fasting in on a more regular basis. Moxxor's wonderful natural anti-inflammatory properties can be a help with your health in many ways.
