Super simple recipe for a delicious non-dairy milk replacement
Maybe if I could get healthful raw, hormone- and antibiotic-free milk where I live, I wouldn't have looked for a substitute, and I wouldn't have found dairy-free "milk" made with oats. But I'm so glad I did! And I lost 13 pounds (about 6 kilos) in 5 months just by eliminating cow's milk from my diet and substituting this!
